SlingKing™ guarantees the protection of your personal data according to the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz).What kind of data is saved and how?
We save following obligatory data in written and electronic form:

• date of birth

• order memo
• your agreement to data storage
We save also following voluntary data in written and electronic form:
• telephone and fax number
• district
• company name
• VAT identification number
What kind of personal data is collected indirectly?
We record every access to our homepage (Slingking.eu) and every recall of stored files. The storage serves statistic and internal system related purposes. We record: recalled file name, date and time of recall, transmitted data volume, advice of positive recall, web browser, inquiring domain, IP address of the inquiring computer and further data in connection with the online statistic tool “Google Analytics”.
1.1 Cookies
Our homepage Slingking.eu places cookies only within the shop system during order process. Furthermore we use affiliate networks to set cookies when clicking banners, videos, layers, text links or other technical types of such kind. The operators are responsible of character, size, term and content. Slingking.eu has no bearing on that. Some of our affiliate operators are Zanox, Tradedoubler, Affilinet, Adbutler and Amazon.

Do we transmit data?

Nonpersonal in-house statistics and quality data will not be transmitted to a third party (natural or juristic). Slingking™ does not sale any data for advertising purposes.
According to the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) Slingking™ is obligated to transmit personal data to law enforcement authorities, if necessary.
How long do we store your data?
We are obliged to store personal data of the ordering process for ten years according to the German tax law (Deutsches Steuerrecht). The data from the nonpersonal in-house statistics as well as the quality statistics will be deleted after interpretation.
In case you don’t want us to use your data for quality assurance and statistics, please contact us via email or letter.
Can you request information about your data?
According to the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) we are obliged to provide you with your personal data or data of your ordering process, after receiving your request via email or letter. We will not pass on data of the statistic interpretation.
Other request concerning this matter will not be answered for safety reasons (excepting email or letter requests).
