You may revoke from the contract in writing (letter, Fax, e-mail) or by returning the product within 2 weeks without giving reason. Revocation consequences
In the event of a valid revocation of this agreement each party shall return to the respective other party the benefits received. In case the customer cannot return the received goods and services in total or in part or only in deteriorated condition, the customer has to, if applicable, provide compensation insofar. This does not apply for the delivery of goods, if the deterioration of the goods were due exclusively to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a retail shop for example. Incidentally the customer can avoid the obligation for compensation by not using the goods, as if they were his/hers property, and by refraining from doing anything, that could impair their value. The customer is responsible for the cost of said return, if the supplied commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the good does not exceed 40 Euro. Shipping fees are bearded by customer if not settled at the time of dispatch. The costs of return delivery are otherwise gratis for the customer.
Exclusion from withdrawal
This right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts of customized goods (e.g. applied initials on products). Section 631 para. 1 and 2 German Civil Code (BGB) declares product modifications based on customer requests as contract for work and services. Due to this contract “for the supply of goods produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs” Sec. 312d para. 4 point 1 German Civil Code (BGB), the right of revocation does not exist.
